This policy outlines the process for proposing, managing, and publishing special issues to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with the journal’s mission.

Special issue proposals can be submitted by:

  • Editorial Board members.
  • Guest editors with relevant expertise.

Proposal Requirements:
The proposal must include:

  1. Title of the Special Issue: Reflecting the theme or topic.
  2. Guest Editor(s): Names, affiliations, and qualifications of proposed guest editors.
