Special issue proposals can be submitted by:
- Editorial Board members.

Proposal Requirements:
The proposal must include:
- Title of the Special Issue: Reflecting the theme or topic.
- Guest Editor(s): Names, affiliations, and qualifications of proposed guest editors.
- Rationale and Scope: A description of the significance of the topic and its relevance to the journal’s readership.
- Call for Papers: A draft outlining the submission requirements, deadlines, and target audience.
- Timeline: Proposed schedule for manuscript submission, review, and publication.
All proposals should be sent to editor mail for review by the Editorial Board.
- Review and Approval Process
